anni weir

Managing Director

Anni has spent the last year as Managing Director of DKBImpact. She has been working on building and representing DKBImpact to bring a voice and resources to youth in exploitive or abusive situations.

With the love of God and generous help of DKBInnovative, Anni is working to organize, educate, and inspire others to reach out, impact their communities, and to fight for those that most need our support. She wants to confront and challenge communities to really impact North Texas, and beyond, by loving their neighbors fully. Her focus remains helping the community discover what it cares about and bringing awareness to the needs within the community by getting individuals plugged into organizations that bring about needed change.

Anni was born and raised in Michigan but moved to Texas as quickly as possible. Her husband and four rambunctious boys live on several acres in North Texas. They love to worship, fellowship, and serve in a local church. Additionally, they are loaded down with chickens, ducks, dogs, cats, and a garden. She loves to be outside, read, and work out. More than any driving ambition she has, her goal is to love and serve her family and others through this initiative. She wants to truly impact the world through the future of her children.

“There is no power greater for change than a community discovering what it cares about.” – Margaret Wheatley
